| 1) Click Auto
Attendant on the Services menu page.
2) Click Add. (You
can set up multiple attendants.)
3) Name the Auto Attendant
and select the department.
4) In the Phone Number
field, select the number callers use to reach the attendant. The
extension will auto-populate, but can be changed.
5) Select the appropriate Time
Zone.
6) Click OK. |
