Add Hunt Group

1) Click Hunt Group on the Services menu page.
2) Click Add to add a Hunt Group. The Hunt Group Add page displays above.
3) Type the name of the group that is being provisioned for this service in the Hunt Group ID field.
4) Select a phone number for this group from the drop-down list and type the extension number.
5) Select a Department from the drop-down list.
6) Select the appropriate Group Policy.
7) Specify the No Answer Settings.
8) Select a user and click Add to assign the user to the hunt group. Click Add All to assign all users.
9) Click OK.
